In 2009 I was an operator at Nintendo: speech analytics for call centers, IVR routing, Oracle integration with Slalom. Systems and data first. That has not changed.

At Glittercloud Solutions I work with startups and mid-size companies that need someone who has shipped inside the biggest platforms and on founding teams with no safety net.

Customer analyst, operations and technology

I entered games as a customer analyst. New tools for support ops: speech analytics on call-center performance and IVR routing.

  • Led Oracle integration work with Slalom
  • Measure, route, improve, repeat. Still my default loop.

2011-2015

Amazon, video games marketing

Leadership on retail video games

Most of my Amazon years were on retail video games. I built community management and direct sales programs, including an early charity affiliate on Reddit /r/gamedeals. It still runs. When I left, it was moving hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity through game sales on Amazon.com.

  • Community-led growth before every startup pitch deck copied it
  • Appstore and Game Studios: helped ship Saber's Edge and Til Morning's Light

2015

EA Sports

Senior product manager, loyalty and esports

I left Amazon briefly to launch MUT Rewards for Madden Ultimate Team. Thousands of players enrolled. Deeper engagement. Higher Ultimate Team spend.

  • Branding, modeling, KPIs, and delivery end to end
  • Retention systems, not just acquisition, drove live-service revenue

2016-2019

Amazon, Twitch Prime founding team

Marketing lead, 0 to 10M+ members

Amazon pulled me back to lead marketing on a new product: Twitch Prime. I joined the founding team. Zero users, just me on marketing. We grew to 10 million members and a 12-person marketing team.

  • First Prime benefit live in seven countries at once
  • 200+ countries, 40+ co-marketing runs with Fortnite, Hearthstone, Call of Duty, Madden, and more
  • Led 15 marketers and UX designers at peak
Leafly Convoy

2019-2021

Seattle startups, Leafly and Convoy

Marketing leader, B2B and digital growth

I left Amazon for Seattle startups. At Leafly I ran the first international Budtender Tour: sponsored events that sold ads on the platform. At Convoy I owned digital marketing through a full site rebuild, first solo, then with an agency as team lead.

  • Leafly: marketing 5 to 20 in three months; first $1M 4/20 campaign
  • Convoy: team of 8; qualified leads up 100%+ after relaunch
Shrapnel

2021-Today

Founder, GTM lead

Glittercloud Solutions and select engagements

I started Glittercloud and led marketing on Shrapnel ($SHRAP hit a $1B market cap; $20M+ daily volume at peak), Wildcard, Sparkball, and The Wanderers. I was GTM lead for Crystal Dynamics on Legacy of Kain Remastered, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.

  • Glittercloud: $0 to $1M+ consulting ARR across remasters, indie, and live service
  • Shrapnel: 23K to 360K on X; $500K+ pre-sales 12 months before ship; Razer, Puma, Alpine F1
  • Big-company process and startup speed, often in the same quarter
